autowatch 345CLAM

If your vehicle has a factory fitted remote locking system, you can convert it into a full alarm system with the Autowatch 345 CLAM. The existing key-fob remote 'plip' will continue to lock and unlock your car as normal, but will simultaneously control the Autowatch 345 CLAM alarm system to provide additional protection for your vehicle and valuables.

The Autowatch 345 CLAM alarm system incorporates several sensing systems to protect your vehicle. Each time the alarm system is turned on, these sensing systems start to monitor the vehicle and if an unauthorised interference is detected, the alarm system is triggered. As you lock or unlock your vehicle with the factory remote 'plip', the 345 CLAM will provide both visual and audible confirmation that the alarm system is operating. The Alarm ligh (LED) fitted on the dashboard also indicates the status of the alarm and provides a visual deterrent to thieves.

How does it work?

Once the tiny Phantom device has been fitted, the vehicle’s movements are constantly monitored via the net of 24 GPS (Global Positioning System) satellites orbiting the earth. Details of these movements are instantly transmitted to the Asset Assured database; if the vehicle has been stolen, we will locate it in seconds with pinpoint accuracy - anywhere in the UK and Ireland.

Once the vehicle has been reported missing, clients can either call us for detail of it’s location, or they can log onto the Asset Assured website and, using their password, see where it is for themselves - in real time and right down to street level, using sophisticated Street Level Mapping Software.

Installation is quick and simple, and the device can even be fitted covertly - without the knowledge of the driver.

Because Phantom has been tested and 'Q' class listed by the Thatcham Motor Insurance Repair Research Centre, its cost can often be offset by lower insurance premiums.

A Compact Alarm System that features Two slim line random code remote controls with long life lithium batteries and panic facility. The 288 uses Ultrasonic interior sensors and has Single circuit immobilisation with Universal central door locking control
